For a flawless visualising experience on our platform, please do keep the following in mind:

1. Have a stable and good internet connection
2. Use a laptop and Google Chrome to join for the best viewing experience. You can download Google Chrome here
3. If you have difficulties accessing the platform, please try another browser (Microsoft Edge or Firefox v76 or higher)
4. If you are unable to access the platform, you may need to turn off your firewall
5. If joining via your workplace desktop, you may experience connection/sound issues due to your workplace firewall.
6. You can also access the platform using the Airmeet app, available to download from the AppStore or Google Play
7. If you have difficulty seeing the speaker’s Feed, refresh the page/restart browser, and ensure that you close any other video conferencing tool you may have used recently.
8. Internet Speed Test – We suggest you do an internet speed test to see what speed you get from your provider. You can check your speed here if you are a speaker then your upload speed needs to be a minimum of 5mbps.  www.fast.com

To access the platform you will be given a link to register. Please follow the instructions to join the platform.

Once registration is complete you will be emailed a six-digit code which will give you access to the platform. 

You will be asked to create an account.

You will now see the event page and can add the event to your diary.

If you click on the sessions you will see the schedule for the day. This page shows what time speakers will be on stage and it also tells you a little about each speaker.

The Lounge area is where you can meet and network with other delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors. You can also message people using the message function.

The help desk will be open throughout the event. Should you need help, then you will find a help desk in the lounge area, take a seat, and someone will be there to help! You can also reach support via the following email address. support@globalevents247.com
