  • If you are unable to access the platform, you may need to turn off your firewall
  • If joining via your workplace desktop, you may experience connection/sound issues due to your workplace firewall.
  • You can also access the platform using the AIRMEET app, available to download from the AppStore or Google Play
  • If you have difficulty seeing the speaker’s Feed, refresh the page/restart browser, and ensure that you close any other video conferencing tool you may have used recently

Your event organiser will send you a link to our booking form, we will require the following information before we can create your profile.

  • We will need your company name, email address, a description of your company maximum of 80 characters and a longer description of your company 300 characters. 
  • We will also require a Hi-Res logo.
  • Once we have entered this information you’ll receive an email from Airmeet asking you to take control of your booth, once you have completed registration, you will be taken directly to your booth.

  • You will then be able to add links to your website, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. 
  • You can also add a corporate video to your header by adding in the URL from YouTube or Vimeo.
  • You can also add links to PDFs, brochures and other videos.

Booths have networking tables where company representatives can host meetings (maximum number of 8 people per table.  You can also do presentations using the screen share function which allows you to use PowerPoint or play a video.

Delegates can use the Airmeet appointment system to make appointments with exhibitors or other delegates. Should you wish to make appointments in advance of the event then we suggest you use calendry.com
